You will need:

  • Heavy white paper 8˝” x 11”)  You will get better quality images if you use paper designed for printing invitations (available at office supply stores).
  • Coordinating envelopes (Test invitation first to see what  size you prefer.)

  1. Click on the Cioppino Invitation link to access the invitation image.

  1. As you cursor over the image, a small rectangular box with four icons should appear.  As you cursor over the first icon, it should say “save this image”.  Click on the icon to save the image as a picture.

  1. Open a blank Word document.

  1. Click on Insert, Picture, From File.  Find where you stored the invitation image and click on it to insert.

  1. Once it is inserted into your Word document, click on the image and drag the corners of the image to resize the image to whatever size you prefer.

  1. From the Drawing menu, open a text box.  Position it over the personalized information you wish to change.  Set the font to Pristina 24 point.  (If your computer does not have this font, choose another font that complements the invitation.  You may also have to adjust the size of your font based on the size you choose to make your invitation)  Choose a left-justified format.  Type in your personalized information.  If there is a line around your text box, go to the Line icon (usually indicated by a paintbrush) on the Drawing menu.  Choose No Line.

  1. Save the document.

  1. Print a test copy.  Decide if you like the placement.  If not, go back and adjust it by resizing or moving the image.

  1. If it looks OK, print it on a sheet of heavy white paper.  Trim to appropriate size.

  1. Repeat the process with the menu.
